The Wine and Food AcademyIt's kind of an evening class, kind of a dinner party... Led by FHM's Kenneth Harry Putt, the WFA wine appreciation classes are based around tasting and discussing up to eight wines with a full supper. It's a great way to learn your way around wine-tasting, and a very pleasant way to spend an evening as well.
