The Girl On The TrainPaula Hawkins' best-selling novel, The Girl on the Train, is brought to life this February with a new stage version at the Richmond Theatre. Directed by Joe Murphy, the tense psychological thriller will see Samantha Womack take on the role of Rachel Watson, starring alongside Oliver Farnworth. Longing for a different life, Rachel finds escapism by watching a seemingly perfect couple through the train window on her daily commute to work. But when the woman in the couple goes missing, Rachel ends up getting involved in ways that she could never have imagined.

About Richmond Theatre

The Victorian Richmond Theatre, which opened on 18 September 1899 with a performance of As You Like It, is one of the best examples of work by theatrical architect Frank Matcham. The interior is ornate, with lots of gilt detailing and plush fabrics. More about Richmond Theatre
