Taste Not WastePop Brixton has teamed up with Hubbub and the Museum of London for Taste Not Waste. Helping you start the new year with good culinary intentions, the free one-day event will offer a series of cookery workshops, demonstrations and tastings designed to help reduce food waste. You'll be taught how to turn your leftover bread into tasty croutons and your second-day vegetables into something spectacular. The team behind Smoke & Salt will also be serving up a unique collection of recipes designed to minimise food waste and highlight the food sustainability issues that London faces - one of the many topics examined in the City Now City Future season at the Museum of London.

About Pop Brixton

The first in London to realise the retail potential of shipping containers, Pop Brixton is a wonderful community project, a place where fashion boutiques rub shoulders with startups and pop-ups, and homeware stores are housed alongside yoga workshops. More about Pop Brixton
