London's Big ReadLondon's Big Read, a new campaign to encourage Londoners to read books that have a positive impact, launches on World Book Day on 1st March. Join six selected London authors - including TV presenter June Sarpong and star of The Apprentice Bianca Miller-Cole - 'In Conversation' at private members club LIBRARY which open its doors to non-members for a month-long programme of talks and panel discussions. Entrepreneur Byron Cole, writer Afua Hirsch, historian David Olusoga, former boxing champion Kevin Lueshing, and actor Paterson Joseph complete the lineup of London-based authors. The events are free and you can vote online for your favourite of the six books.

 

About Library

Private members club housed in a five story town house, with a restaurant, hotel, bar and nightclub. Members are voted in by a committee but it's open to the public for occasional theatre or foodie events. More about Library
