Neverland London - Fulham's first Thameside beach - has frozen over and been given a makeover for winter, transforming into Winterland London. The sand, beach huts and sun loungers are out and snow, wintery lodges, igloos and fur lined sofas are in. After entertaining audiences over the festive period, the wintery adult playground reopens in February for a six-week run, returning with the four neon lit curling lanes, mini golf, ping pong and prosecco pong. Food comes in the form of gooey fondue and raclette while drinks are winter warming cocktails. New for February is a karaoke booth and there will also be special packages in the igloos especially for Valentine's Day.

Presented by A Curious Invitation, it will take place at the Century Club and offer an evening of debauchery and dancing with a cast of eerie and exotic performers across four floors. Performers include burlesque bombshell Dinah-Might, bizarre latex cabaret act Syban V, New Orleans Brass band Temple Funk Collective, contortionist Twisted Nymph, dominatrix Mistress Beatrix and mind reader Nelson Brett. So, don your finest attire and embark on an evening of drinking and mischief.

Celebrating feminine wit and desire, the event will showcase poetry by Classical Arab women and the bold responses to their verses by contemporary female artists. The rooftop readings will bring to life poetry spanning 5,000 years, from the insatiable elegance of Hafsa bint al-Hajj Arrakuniya's verses to the gleeful scorn of Wallada bint al-Mustakfi. A selection of art from the touring exhibition Radical Love will be on display throughout the evening.

This Valentine's Day, the Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen presents Fall in Love with A Stranger: A Social Experiment. Based on Mandy Len Catron's Modern Love essay, Too Fall in Love With Anyone, Do This, which explores how intimacy between two strangers can be accelerated by getting them to ask each other a specific series of personal questions, it will present 36 questions to attendees to see if they will fall in love. Presented before the event, the set of questions is broken up into three sets, with each set intended to be more probing than the previous. Upon answering the questions, only those with a potential match will be invited to attend the event.
